To identify the companies on this year’s list of most innovative franchises, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months of data from more than 30,000 franchisees representing more than 300 brands. Franchise owners were asked about their brand’s innovation and creativity as well as their trust in the franchisor, their overall satisfaction with the brand, and the likelihood of recommending it to others.
