UK Top 20 Charts: Olympics Are Go With London 2012 The Official Video Game

July 30 2012 - The start of the Olympics helped SEGA and the London 2012 The Official Video Game knock Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes off the top spot, with sales surging 25% whilst Batman sales are down 8%, seeing it’s 5 consecutive weeks at the top finally broken. Mario and Sonic London 2012 Olympic Games is the biggest jumper in the top 10, climbing up 5 places to 3rd which pushes Ghost Recon: Future Soldier down 1 spot.
The 3DS exclusive Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance drops 4 places to end at number 10. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Revelations leaps 10 places from outside of the top 20 to number 11 with Battlefield 3 also re-entering the top 20 at number 16, up 7 places. There’s one new debutant this week with Pokemon Conquest for DS coming in at number 17 with Disney’s Brave and 3DS title One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP 2 failing to break the top 20.
