UK Top 20 Charts: FIFA 12 in Top Spot as EURO 2012 Heats Up

Fifa 12 uefa euro

June 18 2012 - The UEFA EURO 2012 rush is really heating up as it boosts EA’s FIFA 12 back into number one for it’s 9th time since it launched last year, jumping two places this week. It knocks off Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier into 2nd place, stopping it short of four consecutive weeks at the top. Max Payne 3 drops one place into third whilst Warner Bros. Lollipop Chainsaw debuts at a very good number four. Diablo III manages to solve it’s out of stock issues at retail, surging sixteen places from number 22 to number 6.

Sony’s 9th PS Vita title Gravity Rush fails to break the top 10 on it’s debut, coming in at a respectable 11th, though we find that the chart doesn’t reflect it’s great use of the Vita hardware. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 holds the latter half at fifteen whilst Batman: Arkham City breaks into the top 20 after seeing Harley’s Revenge and the price point boost sales for it to come in at break number 20.
