Raiden The Next Big Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale Reveal

Looks like Gamespot jumped the gun with this one. 3 yet to be announced characters were going to be revealed at this weekend’s PAX event in the US, however their early video upload has spoiled the party for developer SuperBot Entertainment, who cannot catch a break in making their unveilings a genuine surprise.

Metal Gear Solid character, Raiden, is the new inclusion into the PASBR roster, which looks to be a great inclusion though not surprising given earlier leaks. The published video on Gamespot showed off Game Director Omar Kendall spending nearly 10 minutes going over Raiden’s strategies with Seth Killian. Kendall refers to Raiden as one of SuperBot’s PAX reveals in the past tense, making it pretty obvious that this particular clip wasn’t supposed to be shown until after SuperBot, you know, actually revealed Raiden for the game.

Playstation All-Star Battle Royale is due for release later this year on the PS3 and PS Vita with Cross-play functionality. SuperBot recently announced Evil Cole McGrath. Check out PAX this weekend for the final revealing.
