DICE Announce Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Update

Anyone who has played the multiplayer portion of Battlefield 3 will know how incredible an experience it is. But it isn’t without fault.
Some players have complained about overpowered weapons, MAV lifting and a whole host of glitches and bugs that take the polish off what is an excellent online experience.
The patch has been dated for the 27th March for PS3 users, but Xbox 360 and PC users will have to wait a little longer as DICE have stated that the patch ‘will come soon’ for these platforms.
The update brings ‘rent a server’ functionality for PS3 and 360 which should end the long wait that some players have to endure before they can get in a game, along with a huge number of weapon balancing and gameplay tweaks that should make the overall experience that little bit better.
The list is extensive to say the least with fixes ranging from the balancing of weapons, through to vehicle damage and even changes to the mini-map. The whole list can be found over on the Battlefield blog.
